Integrate into Existing App

Already started? No Problem!

If you've already written some code or already have a fully functional app, you can still get benefit from this vibe-kit. You'll be able to integrate the skills, adopt the coding practices, and use all that to clean up your existing code.

Then you'll find that your agent starts working faster and producing less bugy code.

1. Get the vibe-kit

Download and unzip the boostratp.zip file and unzip it somewhere not inside your current code base.

Just take note of where you unzipped it. Your Downloads folder is a good place.

unzip bootstrap.zip

2. Pull the vibe kit into your current project

Open your coding agent inside your project like normal. Next, give you agent the following prompt:

Review the coding standards, skills, and steering documents in the bootstrap folder located at <location you unziped the boostrap folder>.
Then review the code in this application carefully.
Make a plan to integrate the boostrap content into this application, with a focus on building the skills and creating steering docs that follow the best practices and guides lines from that content.
If the tech-stack for this project doesn't match the boostrap guidelines, you can suggest whether to adapt that content to match this stack or modify the code to follow the boostrap suggestions.
Include justification in your plan.

3. Read the plan and let it chooch

Review what its proposing. If its greek, you're clear to just let it chooch. Or you can ask it to make changes or ask it to explain things more before leetting it go.

After you ok the plan, the AI coding agent will pull all the info in. Then you can restart the agent after and enjoy all the new coding goodness.
